If they tell you will never know by looking at the motherboard. The dealers always sell the motherboards whether it may be a chipset or original they sell both saying they are original.
When u buy a whole PC from a hardware shop he will always put a second part in Your PC because he knows that the part will work and the customer will never know about it.
The people who buy Assembled PCs from their relatives buy the PC at such a big cost bcoz there are many people involved in it including the dealer and the relative.
The dealers will not tell you about the offers that the hardware manufacturers are offering.
When you buy a Laptop they don’t provide you with Laptop Bags,you have to buy it separately. They sell of the bags separately even when they are free with the laptops .

When you buy a motherboard checkout the pinholes of the sound card,LAN card slot,see inside them if u see any marks indicating that they are used.

While taking a cabinet see to it that has larger space inside it so that your system remains cool always.
While buying a Monitor check out the refresh rate of it,the clarity of pictures,the warranty period and the main thing check the size of it and buy according to the space you have at your home.
